Prepare for your Trip
Blue Beta Tours wants you to enjoy your time on the rock as much as possible, so while we don't believe you need to do any highly specialized training (double dynos on the campus board, say), we are firm believers that being in climbing shape will significantly increase your enjoyment over the course of the week. As well, safety is paramount, so if you don't have lots of experience leading outside, please consider taking a program at your local gym or with a guide prior to the trip so that you can climb with confidence by the time you hit the French cliffs.
For travel, we recommend you plan on arriving at the Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE) on Saturday morning or early afternoon if possible. This will allow you to take that day to acclimatize and have a more relaxed check-in and orientation. If you are already in Europe and will be arriving by another mode of transportation, please contact us and we will arrange for pick up accordingly.
